The Jannis and Zoe Spyropoulou Foundation and the DIKEPA held the exhibition “Jannis Spyropoulos” The decade of Greek nature, March – April 2018.
On the occasion of exhibiting Jannis Spyropoulos, in Peloponnese and to celebrate a century since his birth, a specially selected retrospective exhibition with paintings from the Jannis & Zoe Spyropoulos Foundation was presented in Aigio, at the exceptionally renovated Panagiotopoulos Mansion.
The choice of works was based on the idea of presenting the first period of his figurative works, the starting point of the path that the work of the great Greek, international painter of the Abstraction of Jannis Spyropoulos traversed, the decade in which still life, the Greek landscape and portraiture dominate, exactly in the place where he grew up.
